Hartford Elderly Services provides non-medical care only. Our caregivers are not nurses and cannot provide medical care, administer medications, or provide medical advice. For medical needs, please consult with appropriate healthcare professionals.

4. Consultation and Agreement

A free consultation is the first step in our process. During consultation, we will discuss your care needs and determine whether our services are appropriate for you. Both parties must agree to the care plan before services begin.

5. Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations of scheduled services. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about care needs and medical conditions
• Communicating any changes to care needs promptly
• Paying for services according to agreed-upon terms
• Treating caregivers with respect and dignity
• Maintaining a safe home environment for caregivers

7. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the terms specified in your care agreement. We accept various payment methods and may work with insurance providers or government programs where applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hartford Elderly Services provides services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
